Questions
What does “unlimited” mean? No meeting limit for one person’s own meetings, even many a day. *Subject to fair use: one account per person, no bulk or automated processing.
Can I cancel? Any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Basic.
Refunds? Within 14 days of your first payment or a yearly renewal, in full. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded.
Taxes and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added depending on your country. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
During the beta. Naro is in private beta. Beta testers keep everything included while it lasts.
